It’s been a big year for Teamwork.
We started 2019 with a bang having rebranded the company…
…and we haven’t taken our foot off the pedal since.
After unveiling the new look for Teamwork, we added two more products to our product suite (more on those later).
We had the opportunity to meet our wonderful customers in real life at events such as PMI EMEA in Dublin, PMI Global Congress in Philadelphia, and MarTech in Boston, as well as numerous customer visits around the world.
We opened a beautiful new office in Belfast, Northern Ireland, overlooking the iconic Harland and Wolff shipyard.
We welcomed 62 newcomers to the team in 2019 and will be adding even more in 2020.
The Women in Tech @ Teamwork initiative was launched, promoting our mission to educate everyone on the benefits of more balanced and diverse teams.
And we’re immensely proud to say that we donated €40,000 to local charities and organizations, all chosen by our staff.
So that’s us — now what about our products?
2019 was all about managing the big picture for Teamwork Projects, helping you to zoom out from everyday tasks and get clear visibility of everything that’s happening across all your project work, in the clearest and most efficient way.
We had a major feature launch in our new Home area which reimagined the way you interact with your work as soon as you launch Teamwork Projects, making everything you need more accessible.
We also introduced Dashboards to the product this year. You can now build custom views based on the metrics that are most important to you and select from a range of customizable panels to include in each one. We also added a burn down reporting panel for extra project management capabilities.
Just last month, we shipped our much anticipated Workload feature, allowing you to take more control of managing your resources directly from Teamwork Projects and introducing the concept of being able to set capacities for your team into the product.
2020 is going to be another great year for Teamwork Projects, with features like Teams (which has just been added to our Beta program) and our new Gantt chart (currently in testing), as well as more advanced integrations with the growing suite of Teamwork products.
This year we hit some key milestones for Teamwork Desk that not only deliver more functionality to you and your team, but will also pave the way for us to build new features even faster.
We gave Teamwork Desk a new look — as well as some improvements under the hood — and launched Teamwork Desk 2.0. The new UI was designed to improve your experience but was also a major step towards creating a tighter alignment between Teamwork Desk and Teamwork Projects.
Soon after, we launched a game-changing new feature, Training Wheels, that helps you bring new agents up to speed quickly so you can consistently deliver helpful responses without compromising on quality. Take a look:
And the improvements didn’t stop there. We also added Companies to help you get more organized, print tickets, integrations with Gmail and ChurnZero, and gave you some tips on how to automate common workflows to save you time and communicate with empathy.
2020 is going to be a big year with the introduction of a Business Hours feature, an integration widget, improved roles and permissions and lots more. If you’re already using Teamwork Projects, why not try out Teamwork Desk directly from your site.
2019 was the year that we introduced Teamwork Spaces to the world.
Since its launch in April, we’ve been releasing a steady stream of new features to Teamwork Spaces, such as reporting on Required Reading, info panels and status chips, and widgets such as our Teamwork Projects task list integration.
We’re just getting started with Teamwork Spaces and 2020 will see even bigger and better features to come. If you haven’t had a chance to explore it yet, make sure to take out a trial and check it out.
Teamwork CRM made its debut in April as the fifth product in the Teamwork suite.
For us, it wasn’t just about creating another CRM. It was also about putting the final piece of the puzzle in place so we could accomplish our bigger vision: a full product suite that supports you from beginning to end.
Since launching, we’ve been making constant improvements to Teamwork CRM with additions both big and small, such as powerful webhooks, API documentation, list view export, column sorting, an easy way to add it to your mobile home screen, as well a Gmail add-on and a partner integration with the analytics platform Easy Insight.
One of the main focuses for us going forward is strengthening the integration between the Teamwork products so you can streamline your workflow from start to finish. Soon you’ll be able to create a task from deal and create a deal from a ticket in Teamwork Desk. Our integrated ecosystem is ready to grow and 2020 is guaranteed to be a big year for Teamwork CRM.
It’s been a bumper year for Teamwork Chat with some great time-saving features being rolled out.
We embedded Teamwork Chat into our other Teamwork products so you can communicate instantly with your team from within the suite.
We also took the integration with Teamwork Projects one step further by adding integrated status updates so that now when you update your status from Teamwork Chat, it automatically syncs with Teamwork Projects (and vice versa).
We re-designed the UI to give you a better overall experience by providing a cleaner, more modern interface. 2019 was also the year of Do Not Disturb, starred conversations and channels, starred messages and we also added a nifty GIF picker for quickly adding a pop of personality to your messages.
