On the sixth day of Christmas, Teamwork gave to me… a Gmail add-on for iOS!
iOS users of Teamwork Projects can now save time and effort by creating tasks directly from emails in their Gmail mobile app.
A few months ago, we launched the Teamwork Projects add-on for Gmail to our Android users (you can check out the post here), and since then it’s been a productivity game changer for teams who use their Gmail inbox as their main source of communication. The add-on allows your team to take action on decisions, inquiries, or requests straight from their email and turn any next steps into tasks in Teamwork Projects — and now Apple users can get in on the action, too.
When creating tasks directly from your Gmail inbox, you can add your task to specific projects and task lists, assign tasks to the right person, estimate times, and add a due date, tags, comments, or priority level. Then, when you’ve filled out all the details you need, simply select “add email as attachment” and your email will be added to the task.
This brings context to your tasks so conversations don’t get lost while also letting you keep your work moving no matter where you are. If you’re an iOS user of Gmail and Teamwork Projects, you can use this Gmail add-on to further streamline your workflow and accomplish your goals even quicker.
