No matter how quickly things move in your project, however, we want you to be able to track every single detail — without inhibiting your momentum.
That’s why we’ve added Change History to tasks. Change History gives you a full breakdown of the entire history of your task — who changed what, when — so you can focus on the big picture without losing track of the specifics. Now you’ll always know where to find the information you need, so you can proactively source it whenever you need to, without worrying about being subscribed to any notifications.
Having this kind of granular traceability not only helps you to work with more context and clarity — it also equips you for more transparent change management and ensures your conversations with stakeholders are fully informed and detail oriented.

Track your progress with full visibility over everything that’s happened from start to finish. You can even link directly to each action in the task’s history for easy sharing.
Keep the team on track
With full visibility over every update, including changes to the due date, you can easily adapt for any changes to your deadlines and keep an eye on projects that might be at risk of falling behind.
How does it work?
To access the task history, use the task options menu and select View History.
You’ll see a quick view panel with a list of all the changes that have been made to the task, including the type of action and the previous and new property. For each action in the history, you can copy a link directly to that action.
This link will open the task details screen, show the history panel, scroll to and momentarily highlight the action you linked to.
You’ll be able to see all the task’s history from launch. Some sporadic items may also appear from before that date however due to testing while the feature was in beta.
