Think nimble

Marketing isn’t a job for people who need structure, hard-and-fast rules, and supervision to be successful. You need to be able to set them up for success and keep them around for the long haul.

1. Hire for hunger

Instead, you should balance experience with potential. That means looking for people who are driven, eager to learn, and quick to seize initiative.
