3. Capture better standup notes with collaborative editing
Make meetings more efficient. With collaborative editing, multiple users can type notes and see edits and changes as they’re being made in real time, on a per-character basis. Didn’t quite catch an important point? Someone else on the team can jump in to add it to the doc, ensuring you have full status updates with no gaps — and better records about how and why decisions were made, for posterity down the line.
4. Communicate important product information to the whole team with Required Reading

Here at Teamwork, we use Teamwork Spaces across our entire engineering function. Each team and sub-team uses it to document their own code conventions, useful snippets of code, and to outline best practices. Because of the access model on Teamwork Spaces, it’s easy to have common spaces where all engineers in a company can refer to and document information, as well as put more scoped, specific information in team-specific spaces. In fact, we’ve entirely moved away from using other popular sites for this, and can say we no longer rely on any other medium for storing this information — allowing us to host our knowledge entirely in-house.
6. Progress your workflow by syncing Teamwork Spaces with Teamwork Projects
Use Teamwork Projects to keep your product team on track? Teamwork Spaces works together beautifully with Teamwork Projects for a faster, stronger, better workflow. Embed task lists from a project directly into a space, so you can quickly add to-dos as they arise, without needing to lose time and focus by constantly switching between apps.
For example, you could embed a task list from Teamwork Projects into a page with a product spec, allowing you to easily assign next steps.
You can also use Embedded Chat to keep the conversation flowing, no matter which Teamwork product you’re working from.
